1. Legal notice

Faceless Factory YT (facelessfactoryyt.com) is a service of Add Plus Services LLC, based in Florida, United States. Contact: facelessfactoryyt@gmail.com.

2. What the service is

A tool to create videos (script, voice, images, clips, editing and subtitles) using third-party artificial intelligence services. Access is free for members of the Skool community with the current code. Access may be removed if you stop being a member or break these terms.

3. Keys and external costs

Each member connects their own keys for external services (for example, Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, ElevenLabs, Cartesia or KIE) and pays those services directly for what they use. The app charges nothing: the prices it shows are an estimate of the external cost. Each member is responsible for the limits and spending of their accounts. Keys are stored encrypted and only used for what the member asks.

4. Acceptable use

• You are responsible for what you create and publish, and for holding the rights to any text, images, voices and music you upload or use.
• You may not create content that is illegal, misleading, impersonates real people, infringes copyright or breaks the rules of YouTube, Facebook, TikTok or any other platform where you publish it.
• You may not share your access, try to get into other people's accounts, overload the service or automate it outside the app itself.

5. No warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied (including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement). Results are generated by third-party artificial intelligence services and may be inaccurate, incomplete, similar to other people's works or inappropriate: review everything before publishing it. We do not guarantee views, income, monetization, or that any platform will accept the content or not penalize your channel.

5b. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither Add Plus Services LLC nor its members, employees or contractors are liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of income, data, channels, accounts or reputation, or for spending on external services, even if advised of that possibility. Because the service is free, total liability for any claim is limited to fifty US dollars (USD 50).

5c. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold harmless Add Plus Services LLC from any claim, damage, fine or expense (including attorneys' fees) arising from your content, your use of the service, the accounts and keys you connect, or your breach of these terms or of any platform's rules.

5d. Third-party services

The app relies on external services we do not control. Their changes, outages, prices, limits or decisions (including blocking your account) are the responsibility of those services and their own terms.

5e. Account, changes and end of service

• You must be 18 or older to use the app.
• We may change, pause or close the service, or suspend an account, at any time and without notice.
• Videos are deleted automatically within the periods below: keep your own copy of anything you want to keep. We are not liable for deleted or lost files.

5f. Copyright

If you believe something created with the app infringes your rights, write to facelessfactoryyt@gmail.com with details of the work and the content. Accounts that repeatedly infringe may be closed.

6. Privacy

• What we keep: your email, your browser language, the community you come from, your access date, the keys you connect (encrypted) and what you create in the app.
• Why: to give you access, run the app and protect it (for example, the IP address is used to slow down repeated sign-in attempts).
• Cookies: only one session cookie to keep you signed in. No advertising or third-party tracking.
• How long: unfinished videos are deleted after 72 hours without use, finished ones after 48 hours and the trash after 72 hours. Download anything you want to keep. Your channels, characters, settings and keys are kept while you have an account.
• Who we share with: no one, for sale or advertising. What you ask an external service for (text, images, voice) is sent to that service with your key and under its own terms.
• Your rights: you can ask for a copy or deletion of your data by writing to facelessfactoryyt@gmail.com.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version; continuing to use the app means you accept it.

8. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida (United States). Any dispute will be resolved individually (not as a class action) before the courts of the State of Florida.

9. Acceptance

By signing in or using the app you accept these terms. If any part is found invalid, the rest remains in effect. These terms are the entire agreement between you and Add Plus Services LLC regarding the app.
